Exciting news! Center Creek has acquired The Highline, a 251-unit Build-to-Rent (BTR) community situated in Knoxville, TN. The Highline boasts a full range of amenities, including a pool, clubhouse, gym, and dog park, providing our residents with quality attainable living experience at competitive rents. This milestone was achieved through a collaborative effort with our new capital partner, PPR Capital Management, marking the beginning of a promising partnership to expand our BTR platform. We also extend our appreciation to Capricorn Investment Group, our existing capital partner, which also played a key role on the deal.
